sod easy-outs .. chances are it'll just snap ..

get a big torx bit (splined) and tap it into the remainder of the plug, then unscrew. simple.

had it happen a couple of times on a zxr

ive done it before with an eziout but due to the depth of the plug hole you will need to weld it to a socket, dont even need the engine out the bike that way. Try it first if it fails i have a spare head.

Seeing as i'm a retarded moron, it looks like i've done the same thing. Sheared the head of my spark plug off inside the head. Will be welding up a tool tomorrow at work and see how i go.
Will let you know if god hates idiots tomrrow.

big torx bit in a socket with an extension eliminates all this welding malarky !

As luck would have it, god loves a retard. Welded up a screw extractor to a bolt and got the head of the spark plug out, new one in, purs like a kitten.
I'll post up picks of my shitty welding tomorrow,
would also like to add, that at $19 wholesale, this is the most expensive spark plug on the planet this side of the iridium range.
wtf?
what were honda thinking when they created a motor that needed such a unique spark plug that it doesn't fit anythign else?!?
