So it looks like the plan has started to evolve already , to cheer myself up I've started to order a few nice parts and dragged my old frame (Kris's old Oki bike) down from the garage roof for a good clean up and to get it ready to build up.
Years of dirt and grime have had a good scrub , nothing worse than getting filthy when building something.

A good scrub has removed the dirt and grime so I don't need to use gloves to handle them any more , frustratingly during a couple of house moves the frame has picked up various scratches and marks , now I'm not out to build an immaculate bike but I couldn't live with these.
The frames are anodised if I'm correct so is it a case of having it stripped and re done or am I better to polish it off and wd40/scotch it and rub some acf into it now and then?

Waiting now for a whole host of titanium fixings, an ali headlight bracket and I need to get an order done with Rick Oliver to get the frame built up.
