Split the casings to take the head to my local garage to see if it needs skimming or if it can be salvaged using that metal filler shite. Bloke i bought it off said His brother was bike mechanic, the staple trapped under the head gasket thats broken the seal confirmed: THAT WAS A LIE.

Bought the bike this weekend, gave it a good coat of looking at to see what needs doing!

Shiny new bits on the way:

- Pro-bolt fairing, screen and fuel cap bolts.
- Fork Springs
- K&N Air Filter
- Rearsets
- New Lith-iron battery
- Double Bubble screen
- Fork oil and Dust seals
- Some sticky hoops

Now I have to wait for the delivery man!

So I got so peed off with my mirrors that I bought some aftermarket ones and fitted those, I have to say they are a marked improvement over the originals and i think they look pretty good too. They did take a little bit of tweaking but well worth the effort.

Also fitted new screen bolt kit and fixed my broken speedo drive

Hey gravis, if you get a chance bung a picture or two of those mirrors attached to your bike. Also how easy are they up-end, something I would need to do so i can get the bike through a doorway. Sadly my original unmarked left decided to drop apart the other week, due to this constant up-ending and I cant get a new OEM, which I would prefer.
