nc24 vfr400 magneto flywheel removal

OK firstly, thanks to all who helped with advice about this. Having now finally removed the flywheel yesterday, I can once and for all put the bolt size issue to rest. The bolt required to remove the magneto flywheel on my NC24 was M20 X 1.5 with a firm tap to the bolt end while applying stress to turn it, using a copper hammer. I recommend copper so as not to damage the magnets. Hope this helps someone else. Thanks again. Chris

that Peugeot sump-plug is handy if you are stuck as most motor-factors have one in stock and finding a bolt that size can be a bit of a pain depending on where you live
