Thanks...I spent a good hour wiggling just to get it to fit!

When I look up tyga's full system they recommend gasket sealer at the joins, should I do this?

Part of the prob might be that the exhaust hanger seems to move a little (I've got a stainless steel collar on the exhaust fixed to the stock hanger), with the movement originating from the rear headers - they have one spring each attaching them to the rear, should I try get another one on? Was an absolute mission just to get the one spring on each!

you dont have all the spring on?

and yes they are supposed to be super tight, you dont want it leaking or falling off..

Put all the springs on. I'd also fit the OE copper gaskets at the headers (I'm putting my HRC back on this week and just got some more gaskets for this). What finish have you got on it?

I have gaskets on all but one of the headers as for some reason only had 3 :-s. There is no movement coming from where the collar joins the head though, and no leak. The only spring not on is one from the can to the end section because 2 was enough, it only came with one spring per header, then one spring on each join, which are in place. The rear header into the collar ones were a mission to do, and i still have movement there, but no air leak.

Okay :-). Hmm might take an example along to supercheap and see if they have anything similar. Any tips for getting them on? The ones coming out of the rear head are an absolute mission! I was using one of the springs to hook onto another to be able to pull it on...

I use a cable tie or a couple looped together for a bit more length. Just loop around one end of the spring and stretch. Sometimes they get trapped under the hook but you can just cut the tie and pull it out

Nice :-) and any suggestions on where to get more springs? I'm sure the ones I have were too short so hard to get them on!!! I spent 10 minutes finding one that the hook end bit bent and it went flying!!!
