not just that but check the serivce book in the document library, it gives the services limits for the master cylinder.

not comon but not super rare to find a master-cylinder that is too worn.

Most likely just a bad seal kit been installed or some very hard to release trapped air.

After re-bleeding it I always get somebody to hold the lever in and with a rag over the banjo bolt on the mc gently crack it open until you start to loose pressure and tighten it back up before lever hits the bars, this will stop air getting in but purges any trapped air you get in the master / banjo part which can be pain in the arse to get out sometimes.

Thank you for the tip, Neosophist. When I get to buying a kit and fixing it, I will write here with the results.

I never run out of uses for my money, funny that. Too bad i regularly run out of money.

I fixed the front brake, at least they've been working for a couple of months now. It was the seal kit, but I bought a whole used assembly, because that was cheaper then just buying the good seal kit..! I will buy the seal kit when I have money to spare.
