Is it possible to convert earlier N29 Forks to later type?

How does the ride of a "rvf" versus "cbr6" conversion compare?!

If you want compression adjustment, you will probably have to fit F4i type forks, or maybe early 600RR forks. I think they're shorter than F4i forks--but you'd need to fit the whole front end, not just the forks.

I don't see how you could add a compression adjuster to lowers that never had it--absent a lot of welding and machining.
