I did the HRC mod on the fuel tap, and I drilled 2x 6mm holes under the fuel filler cap and Bob's your uncle..

Smooth as silk... I'm happier than a pig in shit.
Make sure you blank the vaccum pipe off or the bike will run lean, always turn your tap off too.

Downside of no vaccum (safety feature) is that if you leave the tap on and a float fails it will leak fuel everywhere and into the engine too, same with a crash.

Many bikes don't have it so its a bonus to have it but dont forget to turn tap off.

REPLACE YOUR VACCUM HOSE FIRST. its very common problem that cuases this issue.

ok, so drilling two small holes in the the top of the tank, not such a good idea...

Although doing the Tap mod along with the holes has sorted my issue out, now when I brake or accelerate really hard with a full tank of fuel, it spills out a little. so what I'm gonna do today is close up the two small holes with some rubber grommets, then check if my problem comes back.

If the problem is still gone, then I know it's the tap mod that did the trick, if the problem comes back, I know it's the holes that worked.

If it is the holes, I will use two small little vacuum one way valves to stick in to the holes, this will allow the tank to suck necessary air, while stopping the fuel from coming out.

I will report back this evening.

that sounds like the EXACT same issue I had guy, but the guy's are right, before you take any drastic steps, first replace the vacuum pipe.

if problem persists, HRC fuel tap mod.... But I will let you know soon about the small holes I drilled.

Ok, cool, drilled holes are blocked up again, bike seems to still be riding fine....

So the HRC fuel tap mod sorted the issue out.
