I had similar on a GSXR once and turning the pilots out a bit sorted it out.
Also check the chokes are all closing correctly.

it looks like the revs are dropping down below the set idle speed, this usually means the bike is too rich.
Turn your pilot screws in, 2.0 turns out from fully in is enough.

hmmm, I had a flat spot on immediate acceleration if i blipped the throttle. It sorted bogged down for a fraction of a second (from idle) then picked up.
That's why i turned the screws out a smidge. Should I have turned them in instead?

vavle clearances and maybe the battery is low as i had the same problems.

You may have to get it dynoed and tuned
