Ok,
So...

After a decent track day I'm still overheating. Not -as- bad after putting on new radiators. I think my timing may still be advanced from last year, so I may need to move the pickup back. I also wonder in hindsight if I used the wrong gasket and should have elected for more oil, and used a black coated gasket instead of the middle grey one, as it has the oil restrictor. The black ones are viton covered unless I'm wrong. I am starting to wonder if I either have my timing advanced too much, or, i'm leaking... *GASP*.

My CNC will be here next week... at least then I may be able to skim the heads.

I seem to be able to do 20 minutes or so, but my overflow literally overflows, boils out, then I get too hot.
Geeze, it runs well though, awesome bike, awesome power now.

Did you get this sorted? I bet you're leaking combustion gasses into the cooling system - forcing the water out. Without the 2 outer layers of the head gasket (which I believe you removed) I cant imagine the head gaskets sealing.

My RC30 has a decked block with standard pistons and a rare set slightly smaller gears towers that run the cams. Ususally people shim up the entire cam assembly if they deck the heads or block.. I even have a bunch of HRC shims to do that but my motor doesn't require them.

I take it you skimmed off 0.5mm?

Your definitely going to need better than stock rads with a raised compression.
