Right I got one now but it seams like a cu#t to fit do I have to remove top rad ?

It is best fitted by removing the carbs :)

Another question I know where the small flap sits but what about the larger one ? Does it just sit in front on the front spark plugs ?

And on a serious note I aming going to track down the prick that took this of and beat him with his shoes !!
