id rule out the reg rec for now. test it when the bieks running.

do you have a car battery or something you can use as a booster?

dry the plugs off with a blowtorch.

full choke and no throttle.. make sure the choke cable is adjusted so its pulling the choke levers out fuly.. you can adjust the choke arm where it meets the carb linkagaes.

Plot thickens......I have taken all plugs out given them a good wire brush off and then a blowtorch. Back in the bike full choke no throttle and surprise suprise the bike doesn't start! Rapidly running out of options I just don't understand how it can go from running like a Swiss watch to nothing .....very frustrating. Only thing I can think of is the some issue with the electrical system somewhere not giving it enough juice to spin in over quick enough although it sounds like it is.

Any advice great fully received.

The cold weather wont help it crank over, can you smell fuel at all? I'd try some easy start down the carbs just to se it'll fire for a next step.

vaccum pipe? are they wet now?
