Do you have any idea of how much weight it will save?

The details are in the weight list thread but IIRC they are about a 3rd of the weight of the stock axle so very light and a massive weight saving for nc's.

Would I use one on the road? Not on uk roads id be paranoid after every pothole.

What spacer are you having made with them james, flat to suit nc wheels or conical for rc and rs wheels?

Some people would say not to use on the road out of worry others wouldnt have an issue with it
the properties of 7075 aluminium are extremely strong almost as strong as steel, they also make aluminium conrods for top fuel dragsters out of it so its pretty tuff, I personally wouldnt have any worries about using it on a road bike but to be honest you would never appreciate the gains on a road bike

hi tony, I can have either done, will more than likely have them all with flat spacers then just have the conical ones done as an extra for the few of us running rs/rc wheels, dont know of any more do you by any chance?

Ideally I need 10 for this batch, im having 2, possibly 3, bean is having 1, had a pm today for 1, + 1 other, so thats 5/6
however the more the merrier,

cheers
james
