These bikes are made to be raced they scream MORE, in a sick sadistic way, HURT ME MORE, Hondas have always had shitty 1/2gears and neutral being a bitch to find, stop being a girl and ride it harder.
Hope that helps

Re: Gears - bike or me ?
I did thanks, I think I'm going to find a tool to tighten my old one as that bung you sent should fit the hole in my old one, because that one you sent is a bit more faded so looks odd and has the bung on top so stands out a bit.

Re: Gears - bike or me ?
Yeah i went through a period of loose mirrors so i drilled through and changed the nut for a nyloc one, hence why i sent a spare bung to make them match and let you stick a nyloc on the other side, i guess you could put some black vinyl on over it.benny wrote:I did thanks, I think I'm going to find a tool to tighten my old one as that bung you sent should fit the hole in my old one, because that one you sent is a bit more faded so looks odd and has the bung on top so stands out a bit.
FYI the hole for that grommet is a 20mm diameter

Re: Gears - bike or me ?
Someone has already done that to my left mirror (don't know if they changed the nut) but did it on the bottom so you can't see it. What did you use to hold and tighten the nut? AT the moment I put my finger on it and try to spin the mirror leg (with it off the bike) which doesn't produce brilliant results hence looking for new mirror!porndoguk wrote:Yeah i went through a period of loose mirrors so i drilled through and changed the nut for a nyloc one, hence why i sent a spare bung to make them match and let you stick a nyloc on the other side, i guess you could put some black vinyl on over it.benny wrote:I did thanks, I think I'm going to find a tool to tighten my old one as that bung you sent should fit the hole in my old one, because that one you sent is a bit more faded so looks odd and has the bung on top so stands out a bit.

Cruising at 30mph in first?
High fuel consumption then....
It'll easily cruise in 3rd at 30mph, 4th at 40 and so on.

Re: Gears - bike or me ?
That's why I'm changing up to second
it's normally just between traffic lights so maybe I shouldnt call it cruising
