I'm pretty sure Haynes says chuck it. Of course, Haynes aren't Honda. My Haynes is 90 miles away so I cannot check it, although I seem to recall I found a scanned copy somewhere.....

I don't have that book so I can't check.

I know there are many mistakes in the NC24 / NC21 information at the back as I have seen scans from it so wouldn't trust it for anything NC30 like either.
