Ive got split links on all me bikes and never had a problem just make sure its adjusted ok and well lubed. But the pics looks ok to mee too.

That's a soft link. I've done over 50,000 trouble free miles on chains riveted with soft links, so I reckon you should be safe...

its fine.

make sure the chain is adjusted properly when sitting on the bike (more important)

as you turn the wheel around lift the chain up in the slack spot with say a stick and check for any tight spots.

the riveted link is a good way to know when youve gone around the whole chain.
