Have to agree with Delboy and cbr400rrn, I broke several strap wrenches trying to get the filter off my R1. Picked up one of these and had it off in 2 mins! Well worth the money.

Are you using it on an nc30? Curious as i have one but couldn't get the clearance or correct angle to make it work.

The K&N oil filters have a nut on the end which you can use a spanner on, handy feature.
