I would love two sets in stock sizes (well whatever size will let me run the 150 or 160 rear without mod), 5 spoke....
I would probably have to order special fronts, since one front end is Honda RS250 and the other is Ducati 748...

rs250 should take stock front wheel.

Isn't that a 17 3? Unlike the nc30 17 3.5. That's works out OK?

I have both 3" and 3.5", both fit fine with custom spacers
