Right, I have received an email today from the organisers.
We will have our own section inside the big building to show our bikes along side the other clubs and show bikes.
the show is FREE OF CHARGE however, a donation can be made to the organisers / charity.

It is totally up to you where you wish to camp, the showers and toilets are on the 'camping' field.

let me know when you have sent it off / emailed it and I will add you to the list.

If we could all put '400 grey bike club' after our name in the contact details section, this will ensure we can line up our bikes together.

what you get for free is 1 car / van pass for the weekend, 2 tickets for each day, free camping and use of the on site showers / music facilities.

It is a good crack at night too, live bands and late night bar :-)

I have converted the application form to whatever format MS Paint uses, so just click here, print it off, fill it is and either scan it and email, or just snail mail it to the address on the bottom.
