thanks evil i had looked at that but they have an open bottom dont they? i dont want to have to fibreglass it in if i can help it and i know the r6 race belly fits the 3tj with a few small brackets, then i can at least run it naked until i get a fairing suitable as funds are a bit tight at the minute!i have all parts now except the fairing and headers!

the whole body fits a 3en2 if you lift the tail a bit and chop off the metal you dont need

yep i know i can do the whole thing but was looking for cheaper option as its for a wet bike so full fairing not really needed, just need to comply with oil catch which the r6 race belly has!

i paid just over a hundred pounds for a complete r6 body off flea bay its not the greatest but its ok

What did you have to do to fit R6 seat unit?
Was it a right pig to do, what about th subframe,any cutting/welding?

Not the best paint job but its built for the track, not a beauty contest! Fairing fits with a few mods to brackets and holes for engine covers opened out a bit. Seat unit was more of a challange but i have used the standard subframe cut down.
