CBR400 NC23 Viton Carb Seal KIts

This covers all models G, H, J & K
Sorry for the long production time. Please note that for the J & K models, the spare parts book lists the part number for the vacuum o-rings as being part of the part set 16040-MN4-003, superseded by 16040-MM5-601. However, those Honda parts only contain the o-rings for the fuel tubes and float bowl breather tee pieces. Therefore I have added the 6 o-rings needed for the vacuum breather to the kit, as shown in the picture.

I also had a problem with the production of our fuel o-rings which resulted in them being black instead of green. They are Viton of course, and I have tested them. They will be replaced with our usual green ones in about 3 weeks.

NC29
I need help with the NC29. In the form of a float bowl. If someone can lend me one then I will be able to get them finished and that someone will get a free kit. Takes about 5 weeks to get them back to you from the time the bowl arrives here.

The choke plunger dust caps are made from NBR, the same as standard.
Viton does not release from closed moulds as easily as NBR, so it was NBR or nothing. Even I have to compromise sometimes.

sorryy Blair i cant help as much as i would like to but once you get the nc29 R model kit sorted please inform us.

Right now I am up to my ears in new bits and pieces, so I don't mind if there is a little break before the NC29. Of course as soon as I have them done I will post here first.

@LiketekBlair, are these kits for NC23 all complete and available from you? Will need a kit for my bro in due coming month July (planned an complete overhaul of the carbs of his bike).

I've just stripped and rebuilt my carbs with the kit from LiteTek, everything was spot on.

No worries, Blair! I know the quality of your viton kits (I've got the nc35 kit via Rick and these look very good) But first I use the genuine honda (yeah, the stupidly expensive ones) kits I have. I will order a couple of kits soon.
