I already have rick o springs and race oil. I think there pretty new out so any info on how they perform will be thin on the ground. Maybe rick can shed some light on them.

If your into confusion and frustration by all means, attempt the rebuild yourself. If you want a good suspension, pay Rick to do it for you...

I will add a bit to this when my `net problems at home are sorted - just don`t have the time to do it from work...
