the front obviously runs from the front to the back and the rear taps into the loom under the front of the seat unit directly above the footrest. I intend to tap into the wire between the rear switch and loom (because its easily accessible) and run a new wire to the front switch.

Wire connected and front brake light working!! All I gotta do now is make the connections properly and route it alongside the loom to make it look neat (its hanging across the side of the bike for now just to make sure it worked!) Dinner first though, diagnostics and overuse of the grey matter makes me hungry!
