Trust me, the extra 6hp won't make any odds if you know how to ride the bike. You'd be better off concentrating on getting the gearing right for each circuit so you can make full use of the box

I heard that mouse poo in the intake will boost hp by at least 6hp...

I've tried that, but the mice cant stay in there long enough before they keep getting sucked into the inlet and spat out the exhaust. It didn't make me go any faster, but it certainly put off the person behind me having flaming mice launched at them from my tail pipe.
I tried using a Hamster, but they are too big and get stuck half way and stall the engine, although they do produce enough poo just prior to getting jammed in the ports to make a difference.
