No idea what MAS is, the only thing that is wired thru the coils is
Fuel pump relay
The ignition kill switch
Cdi unit
Im 95% sure its the coils/leads wired wrong : -
Wrong lead to wrong spark plug x2.
See what happens tommorow when you fire it up.
Just dont dive in and rip it all out, see what cylinders are firing and see what leads are connected to what coils and go from there.
The left coil ( as you sit on the bike ) fires cylinders 1 ( on the left as you sit on the bike ) and 4 - the right coil fires 2 and 3 .
If you can get it running you can connect a DVM to one of the live terminals from the CDI ( yellow/blue wire and Blue/yellow wire, there are 2 as there are 2 coils ) side of the coil and see it pulsing 12v ( other DVM lead to the chasis ) your DVM may not be able to lock on as it happens very quick but if you get a jump in the volts its receiving a pulse from the CDI unit.
When I took mine apart I used nail varnish to mark them all up, X, O , -- , + ,1 ,2 , 3, 4 etc so at least I wouldnt have to refer to the manual.
