Yes dont know how much, had my first sit on her today with the seat on, but raised enough to put me on tip toes from previously on my flats. i have 30inch legs and im 5'5" tall ;)

I'm not 100% it would, on my vfr I fitted rvf linkages and the shock spring fouled the swingarm.

I'm no expert on these things but that could just make it to high combined with the rvf linkage to cause it to rub

just for a heads up, with the preload set to 25mm, and static sag at 9mm, and all damping and rebound set +1 from normal its a nice comfy and positively different tail end,

i only did about 10kms on it but it felt smooth

just need to set from sag/preload as the rear is raised by about 25-50mm
