fairly simple , with the bike on a rear stand jack up the front end under the front pipes, remove wheel then loosen fork tops, loosen yokes pull forks out, unscrew fork tops and the oil drain bolt at the bottom just below caliper mounts, pump out old oil , remove standard springs replace with new fill with the oil supplied in the kit with the syringe that also come with the kit , dead easy mate no real hassle at all , comes with instructions anyway , grab a haynes too as it comes in handy when your sat on the bog havin a dump
