Hammer a torx bit slightly larger than the allen head in and unscrew, add a bit of copper slip when you fit the new one.

Do you mean the actual pin is seized, or do you mean the grub screw?

I agree with 'copper grease' upon refitting not wd40 which is just water displacer. Its not desgined for keeping rust out of threads for years.
Copper grease on all brake & hot parts. If your screw extractor breaks it will be too tough to drill out. Your drill bit will just veer off to one side and damage the alloy body.

If it does't work get a cheap caliper off ebay and build it up like new or take the body to a local engineering company and explain the problem.

I've tried an impact driver but the head on the screw is so rounded that it wont seat in, plus everytime i try and wack it i nearly knock the bike over....

Thats why i'm thinking of using my drill and screw extractor...

easy if it the grub screw, drill a 4mm hole in the centre, and whack in a 25-30 torx bit,

also apply a little heat before trying to undo,

Had the same problem on my rear caliper a couple of weeks back.
Couldn't shift it with anything, and ended up drilling it out in the end.
Start off with your smallest drill bit and then work up sizes.
Be carefull not to damage the head of the sliding pin. There is quite a gap between the grub screw and the head of the pin so you'll know when you have drilled all the way through the grub.
I've replaced all my caliper grub screws with little rubber bungs now.

By the way....forgot to say...i got my two front screws out with an impact driver. The rear one was rounded off badly where the last owner had tried to get it out. So that's why i drilled the rear one out.
