Hi Cammo, thanks for the tips. Onya.

But ...

I got it from just north of Wadonga, same one?

If so, considering that since I got it, the triple clamps are different as are the clipons (well, they're polished) and the inside of the fairing is a different colour. You must know that bike well!

It is a great bike. Very well sorted.

Oh, re the slicks thing, I've got a few questions about that which I'll put in a different thread.

Erm .. that is probably my less-than-incredible non-Stoner-like throttle skills in action ....

Yeah mate my bro lives in Albury, I recognised the dash - and there aren't a heap of nc30's around that make that induction roar!

Too true. Phillip Island is a great place. Marvelous. Victoria might be a nanny police state were you lose 180 buckos for 3ks over the speed limit, but at least we can get to play here!

That's it mate.

We both raced and did plenty of track days together. Both our bikes had a-style stickers for a bit of a laugh!

Well good on you mate. Hopefully either of you managed to win a race or two on it. The bike is a credit to you both. It gets a lot attention ... as do the a-style stickers! Noyce.

Say g'day to the bro for me and tell him (jab) the bike is now a lot cleaner. :-)

Not likely, the bikes were much better than either of us - we had a great time trying to keep up though!

Just like any race class really, the fast guys are uber-fast. The 400 lap record for phillip island is 1.46....

Will tell Ali you said g'day.

No really, there's surely an electrical fault causing the RPM needle to fluctuate and flicker.?

It looks like shift technique to me. As soon as the engine is declutched the inertia is making it rev.
