I first bought a set of 'o' rings from e-bay and still had running probs (they were the bigger ones you talked about)

Then i ordered the set from Valve, yes they were thinner i thought the same, but they solved my problem, they fitted alot better and was well worth the £11. dont disregard them, he's sold prob hundreds of these kits.

Well the project has massivly improved since i last posted.

here is how it stands as of now:

Ive ordered:
Red Res Cap from pro bolt
Res sock
Red Res Clip
Red preload adjusters
Red levers
Red Dust caps
New seat covers with gsxr logo
Fork covers with Viper written on them
Full stainless bolt kit to replace many rusted bolts
All new bearings for front and rear and head set
a running set of carbs for £110
new exhaust gaskets
and more things total cost of around:

£320 in parts

and also yesterday i took the fairings over to the spray shop for a pure black gloss spray job costing total of

£400

the bike now also runs however did get stuck at 3 grand once or twice but it was low on petrol so and they will need to be balanced of course which ill do when i get the fairing back.

I still need to get new disks which im gonna try and get from stealth brakes, aswell as the swing arm and front fairing mount needs to be sent off for power coating.

Ill post some pics soonish guys okay

Oil for the forks arrived today and so did the seals and i founda second hand set of discs on http://www.hills-bikes.co.uk

they are really cheap on parts tbh might wanna check them out its worth a try for anyone looking for the odd part tbh.

I noticed when the seals arrived today that i actually ordered the wrong ones since i ordered the set for the gk73a woops would this matter or are the seals different?

They will be for the sidelights, mine failed the MoT because it had none so i had to cut holes out to fit some,

But i did a better job then that and also used rubber grommets to make it all water tight

Hi mate

Ive got a set here for the gk76a and the internal diameter is 50mm/ external 53mm so if yours are the same they should be fine.ill check the ad for mine and see if they were listed for both bikes. ;)
