Good 1st outing with NG Racing Club at Brands Hatch this weekend,, the wee CBR did have some issues that David Simon sorted over the weekend, and as a result we got 2 wins, so very happy.. We did discover a few areas that need more attentiion, so the bike is now back with David...

well the weekend went well . bike had electric problems for most of the weekend . (spark was breaking down at 11500 rpm ) after much discution and trial and error we discovered the £300 pound weak link :grin
on both days colin had to start from the back of the grid in the qualifier . and riding very well to get himself on the front 3 rows for the main races . in the main races he showed hes riding quality buy winning both races by a healthy margine . he established a 7 second lead and then just maintaned it . showing the younger riders you dont have to be flat out all the time !! no point getting older !! if you dont get wiser!! i would say it was more colin than the bike this weekend .

bike is back with me this week to be stripped down and engine inspected for any wear and tear. will keep you all posted .

;)

hmmm.. I did have to be proven wrong, but the Dyna coils dont seem to be working right at all, much to my protesting.. when we swapped them for the 20 year old origionals, things got a lot better.. :) I'm going to send them along with the HT leads and coil caps back to Dynatek for investigation..
