oooh er missus.

Surely that has been dropped on the floor or in a sandpit, or you didnt have the correct honda spark plug tool and its been rolling around the plug recess while trying to get a grip of the plug.
if not then dont pile one more penny into that bike on anything else, and hunt for an engine from someone on here who will sell you a decent engine.

Is the drain hole in the head blocked ? and the plug recess full of shit ? i mean you cant do it now and run the risk of half the road dropping into the cylinder resulting in a buggered motor. if the drain hole is clear then you have problems.

go get a better camera and take some quality pictures on macro setting, dont fuck around with some camera phone, quality images will help diagnose this and what the material is.

i understand what you mean, but i can assure you, ive tightened these in properly. i didnt use a torque wrench. but i tightened them pretty much as tight as it can get, i am still confused how it can end up like this as i know i had cleaned them properly.

oh dear, stop right now. you are not supposed to tighten them as far as you can, finger tight then a nip.
we need to see a picture with the rads removed in some proper light down the spark plug hole with a proper camera. likewise with the plug that came out, and the new one with all that shit on it. dont guess at this, if its come from a blocked drain hole then its not the end of the world, if it metal matter and shards then your in to a head removal at the very least. before you start having a go, just stop and think before diving in.

we want to help and advise accordingly, but if you dont listen or rush then its only you who will lose out

That couldnt of come out like that, too much crud on the thread, the plug must of rattled around loose collecting the crud before you managed to pull it out clear of the cylinder.
Even a stripped thread would have metalic contact showing.

This, surely?

Did you clean the bike after you dropped it?
