I "think" they do. That's to say I don't know for sure but I'm assuming it will, Yamaha added an exup to the silver engines but I think the crankcases remained the same so it should bolt in.

I reckon you should be able to get it running on your CDI, carbs and downpipes but I can't garentee the tuning will right first time. Check the valve tolerances before you drop it into the frame
