of the choices, i'd go with both white, even though they'll be a pain to clean.
however, i'd also fit a 17 inch rear before i worried too much about what colour it was.

better tyre choice, wider rim, increased "trick" factor ..
up to you.. i've only ever ridden an NC30 for about 5 minutes, so cant really comment on how the bike would be to ride, but it's something that can be done, so i'd want to do it.. so why powder coat a wheel i'd be replacing ?

cant see it costing "much" more than getting your wheel powder coated and fitted with a new tyre.. VFR 750 wheels arent that expensive, although you'd need the rear end lifted to compensate.. but Rick does a kit for that..

I would go with both wheels black. It looks badass; and with the darker fairings it will just work.
