I would have thought you would want no more than around 35mm front rider say and around 25mm rider sag at the rear.

If you do have a bunch of sag up front to put the bike on its nose you might want to raise the oil height to reduce the chance of bottoming, and dont go overboard on with the rebound adjusters or you will never get the front off the bottom mid turn.

I would also say that you can not make these bikes too twitchy, if anything you may end up with less front trail than is ideal but they are far from a turn on a dime geometry base. which isn't a problem it just means you have to tell it where you want it to go and muscle the thing around.
