Dry them out by heating up on the gas ring or hot air gun and check for a spark, wetted plugs can often be made to work.

Worth a try.

is it attached at the bottom? I think it is the airbox breather - you don't need it

yeah it goes down to the bottom. but ive alreaddy attached my airbox breather.. and i checked my plugs by removing them and connecting the HT lead onto it and while holding it in my hand i pressed ignition and they are not sparking, so it must be the plugs. ive also check my carbs there is fuel inside them as i tested it by unscrewing the drain valve and fuel comes out.

you have to earth the plugs to get them to spark, touch the socket flats on an engine bolt...then try it - try not to shock yourself

Might I suggest that the hose without a home is part of the tank breather system. My hard to follow hose and wiring layout diagram indicates that the tank vent hose runs to a three way joiner and from there a separate hose runs down each side of the engine, why I have no idea. Cannot guarantee my diagram applies to all NC30 variants but worth a look.

No spark may also mean NO SPARK, not dud plugs. Try removing one spark plug and inserting a piece of wire into a plug cap and spacing the wire 5 mm from the frame and hitting the start button. If there is spark it should be visible as it jumps to frame. KEEP FINGERS AWAY!!
