I had a few bits missing along the bottom of the two lowers where they join. I used some bits of old 205 dash (added some french unreliability to the bike), cut the plastic to size and fixed it. The things that really amazed me was that on NC30 there's a tab on the rear side panel which the seat bolts to. There's a reasonable amount of weight and stress on it and once fixed it's done 1000miles and still holding. I'm impressed!

I have just used a similar product called Q-Bond to reatatch the seat mounting loops on my NC30 as the previous owner had bodged it up with body filler and gaffer tape. The diference is that the Qbond kit is not as precise as the Plastex stuff as there is no pipette or moulding bar it is a case of put some of the super glue tye adhiseive into the valley made with a dremel or similar hobby tool and spinkle some of the black or grey powder over the top. Then dab a little more powder over the top and a couple of drops of the glue and hey presto, grindable inside 15mins.
To stop the powder going everywhere I put a strip of gaffer tape on the reverse side and I had no adverse affects.
