there will be no petrol in the oil any fuel mixture will have been fired out of the exhaust port the same way as your exhaust gasses, the smoke you are seeeing I recon is just moisture an unburned fuel residue in that part of your system...
How long have you been running it like a triple, you have just gained yourself 10BHP and a more eficient bike LMAO.

Hi
If the pipe is smoking it will be burning off any oil and crap it has picked up in the last few months ,just make sure it hasn't got a rag , pipe or a stray plastic bag stuck to it . Take it for a spin up the road and by the time you get back it should be ok.

Petrol can easily have entered the oil if it has been drowned really good. Does the oil smell of petrol?

It's not good to have petrol getting into the oil but if it's only small amounts and the engine has been running then it should have burnt it off. Most will have gone down the exhaust anyway. Personally I'd worry more about the extra wear on that cylinder.
If there is any worry about petrol in the oil then do an oil and filter change. No point pissing about with it.

Even though it hasnt fired on that cylinder, oil have still been pumped.

Yes but the petrol will have been constantly washing the oil coating off the bore giving increased wear in comparison to the other cylinders.

When i started it this morning there was little smoke, and after 2 minutes it was running sweet and smoke free. Took it for a ride and no problems!! cept i had to switch to reserve
The oil seems fine, topped it up this morning anyway before went for a spin
