Bloody use the thing :-/ should have checked my mail on here 1st , I'll test it Saturday and be back in touch , just hope it's the battery faulty and nit the regulator Thanks ,
Sad to say, f the charging system has a fault bad enough to melt the alternator plug, then rewiring it and fitting a new battery is very unlikely to resolve the issue.
Go through the checks, if anything is wrong then fix it before riding, or you will be fixing it twice.

Done all checks , charged battery full on the 29th and it read 14,34 on the 30th it read 13,37 ,
All the yellow wires I found had melt into one , I didn't notice this before because it was covered by black casing, so I cut them back and done the tests,
A&B B&C A&C all read between 45.5 to 46 v ,
Then I solided all 3 wires together and did the test on the battery , it read between 13 to 14
After I took the bike for a ride, it ran a lot smoother, it sat idle better then it ever did ,
It must have Been the wires melting into one :-/ but can't under stand why,
I went out for a hour on the bike and did a test on the battery again and it read 13.8 ,
I did all test exactly how u asked

The melted plastic connector shell was probably the result of poor mechanical contact between the male & contacts of the connector. Had the same problem myself, once I replaced contacts & connector shell all has been ok. I think the cause of the problem is that original contacts after 20 years either loose their tension and/or become contaminated with road crime causing a resistive junction. Resistive juction generates heat when current flows resulting in a hot spot that melts the plastic, which will eventually allow the yellow wires to touch.

You soldered them all together? Or you mean you repaired each one...

That didn't make since what I put , sorry ,
I soldered each one separately

cuz the plug had melted I had no choice but to cut wires ,
