Interesting setup...

Standard sprocket size on the NC35 is 15f 38r with a 102 link chain.

This is 2.53

Your -1 + 3 is 2.93

How about using the 15f and the +3 rear (2.73) or just using the standard rear and keeping the -1 front (2.71)

This is somwhere in between what you had to begin with and had now.

Correct I used to have 14f 41r on my RVF, and I liked it.

I won't be able to hit 3rd on the VFR if I go higher on the front or smaller on the rear.

i'm running a 13t front and it doesnt wheelie , granted if i hit a bump while accelerating of the lights she gets a bit light but thats all
