Have you not tried to order them online?
Malaysia is surely not a place where you cannot get parts?!
I would also try ebay - or ask our resident guys in here, Graeme France and Rick Oliver.

The friction plates are used in other Honda bikes, and I think some of the quads too. They're not utterly specific to the 30/35.

becoz i'm in malaysia.......i don't think we have EBC spare parts here...600's and 1000's are more dominant in malaysia...
with how close you are to Japan then order some from there if you cant get them locally.
They are an old 400 bike and many parts were built specifically for this / the nc30 bike.
You can look up the part number in the microfiche and search for it on google, maybe another bike will use the same part, but you need to face facts, if your riding an old 400 in a country where they wernet sold then parts are going to be harder to get.

VTR250 according to Mike Lohmeyer's page. Apparently a few fag papers thinner, but a parts number supercession all the same.

Erm that is for the K model NC30 if you read the page properly.
The NC30 K model bike used 8 fiber plates of one thickness and 2 of another. I don't have the thickness of the 8 fiber plates because I don't have an example I can measure, but the 22201-166-000 fiber plate (qty 2) has been superceeded by Honda with the VTR250 plate, part number 22201-GF6-000. I measured the VTR250 plate as 2.94 mm, so I assume the VTR plate is a similar thickness. I don't have any details (other than part number) on the other fiber plate (qty 8) used for the K model NC30, the 22201-MLO-781, so I don't know the plate's thickness.
The NC30 L/N model used 10 plates of 22201-MR8-000 part.
The RVF uses 22321-KE7-000 .
KE7 indicates the bike the part was originally designed for was the old VF400.
The ML0 of the NC30 K model indicates and NC21\24 part.
No doubt you can get some plates to fit, but if there are slightly out will will not get a proper clutch feel.
Best thing to do is order a complete kit of the right plates from somewhere that will ship them to you.
