Cheer for the great advice guys all sorted now, :)

Will get some pictures up, the front end looks loads better now, Resprayed everything looks much smarter.

Anyone know of a good base settting for the stanchions? Im 5'10" and about 12 stone if that helps. Just a rough guide would be good.

Hello, for what its worth I run my damping 2 or 3 clicks out from full in, depending on the roads, with standard springs and it rides pretty good so would suggest starting there :-) use the preload to adjust ride height a bit, I'm 12 stone and 6ft
