I don't know, sorry. I bought a 120 link 520 MX non o-ring chain and cut it to length, plus I've got a TRX arm fitted to my bike which is a tad longer than the 3TJ one. I'm using a split (clip) link with no problem.

If the TPS is on the carbs and the carbs, loom and CDI from the Thundercat are used, why would there be a problem? If the loom from the 3TJ was used, I could see the issue.

Surely the TPS would connect to the loom and the loom to the CDI. If the TPS is on the carbs, then it will take the position from how much the cable has pulled the TPS round.

It'sshouldn't be an issue if you're using all the Thundercat electrics like Alex says. I don't know why it was brought up

If you take engine, carbs, downpipes, loom, clocks .... the only thing that might be a problem is the throttle position sensor on the carbs if you use the T'Cats CDI although it should fire up the rev counter might flick to 8k repeatedly. If this does happen use a Foxeye CDI.
Use the carb holes and snorkel from a Foxeye airbox cut 'n' shut with the 3TJ's.

I brought it up although I was only pointing out what might happen and an easy solution if it did.

Ok I have the engine and all other parts home now but it needs the downpipes. The rest looks good frame is in very good condition but will be sold on.

Anybody know if any others are interchangeable??

You'll have trouble giving a Thundercat frame away to be honest. I've had two 4JH frames I had to give to the scrap man. A steely racer might give you something for it, but because they're pressed steel (and really f-ing heavy!) nobody wants them
