Take a look here:

1. Bros wheel
2. Modified Bross Wheel
3. RVF wheel
You also need a new homemade spacer to fit under det wheel nut. I have the dimensions somewhere if interested.

it doesn't look that bad to be honest, although i'm not sure how i feel about the oval holes !.
but if you were to buy a wheel, machine it ,get the spacers made up ....could you not just buy a delkevic for nearly the same price ?

The oval holes is not a probelem since there is plenty of meterial where it is necessary.
I bought 2 Bros wheels for £70 and payed £20 for having the holes made, and another £20 for 2 adabtors. Thats adds up to £110 for 2 wheels. Try to find a RVF wheel for less than £200.....
The downside is the weight. The Bross wheel is almost 1kg heavier than the RVF wheel, but as mine are used for rain tyres for the trackbike it is not a problem.

£35 for one wheel is good going but gareth is only finding wheels around £70 to begin with then as you said £20 for the machining £20 for the spacers brings 1 wheel up to £110,and thats if he can find someone willing to machine a wheel for him,not to mant people want to touch wheels over here
the last two rvf wheels i bought where £160 each

<shameless plug> My bros wheel is modified and ready to go, all it needs is a spacer. I could even get one machined up if you don't have access to a man with a lathe. <shameless plug>
