duncan wrote:You say'when I get it'.Does this mean that you spent all that money on a bike that you had not previously seen in the flesh and inspected? Oh the wonders of Ebay
Some of the bikes that I have owned and still own, I never went to see in the flesh and not had a major problem with them, well not one that I can't fix. I do usually try to go and see the bike before I buy them (so I know what I'm dealing with). I only haven't gone to see this one as it is too far from where I live, if it wasn't for that, I would of gone to have a look at the bike.
But I do understand where you are coming from. Some of us prefer to take risks to get what we want, I suppose you can class me as being one of those people

.
Also, I haven't yet paid for the bike, it is been delivered to mine, so I still have the chance of saying 'No I don't want it because of *insert possible problem here*'.

Got the bike today. The only problems being is that the left fork seal needs replacing and theres a very small dink on the left hand side of the tank, appart from that it's fine. It's recently had 2 new tyres, break pads, chain and sprockets. Engine sounds sweet, no awkward noises or rattles. The bike also goes like there is no tomorrow ^^.

Nope, the riding position is a pain though, because I still haven't got round to moving the forks back up, I will be doing that this week-end!
