As far as I know the RO jets flow the same as the keihin jets.
As an aside, many of the sizes in yakama's chart don't exist (e.g. you can't get a keihin 117.5), so should be used as a guide only to compare how the different branded jets actually flow.
Whatever brand you decide to use stick with it to save a few headaches later on!

The Kehin 118 is actually a 117.5 according to the an article in a book I have knocking around somewhere.
