It looks ok.
Have you been to see the bike & given it a good check over?
If its a good strait bike I would'nt be worried about it .
Alot of these bike have had new fairings & if it looks well then everything is fine.
If it is not as described you could ask for you're money back. And if you paid him through paypal & it is not as described in the add paypal might give you you're money back & then claim their money back from the seller, but you would have to check on that one.
Hope this helps.
Cheers.
Rob.

The little rectangle alloy tab on the fork looks inside out, but am sure they are not NC30 bottoms.
@ tom - if you don't desperately need this now, then if you can back out...do it.
for £1500 youll get a lovely bike and after a bit of hanging about on here you'll see what is good, what is not and just what a good idea getting an NC30 is!
not sure on the calipers mark the pic isnt very clear, the calipers i have needed 135ish degree banjos on the hoses, and the 90 degree ones which in the picture would be too tight for the angle of the calipers, they apear to be at the normal angle and surely he would mention this in his sale to go with his NEW stainless exhaust

Mate it might be alright and really tidy but like Mark says 1500quid can buy you a nice bike. If I was buying an Nc30 for 1500 on eBay I wouldnt buy that one to be honest.
Try and get your money back and hold on, if you need any advice ask us I'm sure we can advise you

look at the size of the gouge in the swingarm..yikes.
that is the biggest Ive seen...and equals crash damage.
don't buy this, it is shonky.
You'd be better buying a shed for £600 and sorting it yourself!!

I'm getting it for 1200 but i'm really hesitant about it now and I am on the fence about buying it. I'll speak to him about everything i've learnt today and if he doesn't have some damn good answers then i'm gone because i'm not going to get something thats just going to cost me more and more.
is there anything you guys think i should ask him and what i should do
(Sorry im a bike newb and just really dont want to be taken for a ride and end up with a pile of junk)

ask him trivial things that only a well known NC30 owner/rider would know
like what are the brakes like? but pressure for info on the rear as there SHIT, chances are hell lie and sayu the back brake is amazing etc. get an idea of his character.
ask about how its starts cold and hot, choke or no choke etc,
how many miles it gets to a tank = 120 to reserve 150 to empty
ask about brands of oil, and when it was last changed, again alot of these questions will be answered with obvious lies.
i think its more important sometimes to understand ther seller before you understand there bike.
always follow your gut feeling and first impression of bike and seller.

its in this pic - just behind the foot peg heel plate - shows the bike has been dropped on that side or has had a big impact from the other side so the swing arm rubs on the rearset.
follow the advice on here and you'll end up with a nice bike rather than a shed!
ok the link is crap but its the pics which show the footpeg on the left and a bit of exhaust
