The Big Cir clip was by the disc , i removed that and removed the small cir clip inside the hub and pulled out the entire hub! here's some pics

LOL! , it was only in the hedge because i had to strip it down to get the exhaust off {collector box was in pieces} which ive had to weld the remains back together!

microfish 27 shows the rear assy. looks like the whole lot has to come off looking at it, try angling the disc around the wheel hub bit before taking it apart. the sprocket comes off if you do that so the disc might do the same. just an idea!

Mate, have you not removed the 4 bolts holding the disc on the hub

Tbh if it's stuck on like that the bearings may be ruined anyway.

Get a hot air gun and heat the alloy bit, then give it a good whack. The bearings are prob meant to be a good tight fit.

Hi all sorry for the belated reply.
Well I've been running around all over the place these last few days with a print out of the parts fiche, spoke to mechanics, Honda {they didn't have a clue} and then a few people at High Beech{bikers tea hut in the forest} only to get a phone call from my father to say he'd done it after looking at it for five minutes!!

So for everyone planning on doing this I've worked out {well my father did} how to do it.
When you get the hub out, after taking off the rear sprocket and cush drive take out the large cir clip inside the hub you will see a large lock nut washer type thing.
You then prize off the large lock nut washer type thing with a screwdriver and there is a thin metal clip {like a keyring} around the spindle, take that off and the spindle slides out!!!

Finally i can start to build the bike up :D
