I find a tin of paint fits under the front ok, just need an assistant to stand on the rear wheel to get the nose up ;)

Although I own an Abba Stand I'm not entirely happy with the stability of it in use. In fact I don't use it with the NC30 and only bought it because the centre stand rusted out on the 750. I much prefer to use a single sided rear and front paddock stand on the 30 for quick wheel changes and routine maitenance.

Really? I find mine extremely stable and use it all the time! In fact, I am about to buy an adapter kit so I can use it with my Ducati as well.

IMO Steve it doesn't go far enough over centre and I've nearly pulled the bike off the stand several times when tightening or losening bolts (depending on the side ;) ) I could modify it to make it more stable but ?

Hmm... I have never had that problem and I have built two bikes from the frame up using the Abba. Maybe you are to Herculean for it!
