Yep.

It writes a lot of older 24s off that arnt in great condition as the cost of repairing the exhaust if your not a welder and combined with the fact you have to take the engine out of the bike to remove the exhaust soon adds up.

Easy to spend a fair few hundred quid doing the job when you can pick up a bike for that.

RCV4s stainless steel pipes are lovely quality, with slip headers too so you can take the fronts off withtou removing the engine shoudl you need access to the sump.

However thre about 300.00 which might price out some people.

The standard retail price is around 135.00 for the mild steel ones if you can find one.

Welding them up can be a nightmare as they rot from the inside out leaving nothing to weld too

Good picture :-)

Also has removeable rear headers so you can get into the sump without dropping the engine (useful when you drop bits in the top and need to fish them out ;) )

Stainless Steel too.

RCV4 is a metal worker and makes them himself so providing he has time im sure he'd be able to make more.

been stealing my pics again thrasher,just to add you can fit the system with the engine in place,you just have to hack the old ones off,and remove the shock.

yes i still make them to order,usually like to do a small batch because they are time consuming to do.
